Our current offer is a tender sum on a re-measurable basis which will be subject to remeasure on completion, however, if our rates are of interest we would be more than willing to work this into a lump sum offer for your review and consideration.
Our rates are based on labour, plant, materials and supervision but exclude any full time “non-working” supervision.
We have assumed that ground conditions are reasonably dry, firm, stable and level Before works commence.
No allowance has been made for any working restrictions that may cause delays in the programme or bear additional costs. Our quotation is based on continuity of work with unhindered access and unimpeded access.
All setting out coordinates the setting out of fence lines are to be provided by Main Contractor.
Any quotation either verbal or in writing is not an offer and may be withdrawn or modified at any time by Premier Fencing NW Ltd.
Premier Fencing NW Ltd will perform the services defined in its proposal and any amendments or change orders accepted by both parties. Any request from the Client that requires extra work, or additional time, or increases Premier Fencing’s costs will require an amendment or change order agreeable to both parties by e-mail confirmation.
A quotation by the Company does not constitute an offer and the Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the same at any time prior to the Company’s acceptance of the Purchaser’s order.
Acceptance of any Subcontract order is subject to prior inspection and agreement to the Conditions of Contract and any ‘clauses’ contained therein.
Should we be successful in securing this project, our notice to commence works on site would be 2-4 weeks from receipt of order.
Our price is subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
All works are based on being carried out during normal working hours. (8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Fridays excluding Bank Holidays).
All products and materials are the property of Premier Fencing North West Ltd until the balance has been paid for in full.
We would require a formal Subcontract order at least 1 weeks prior to the commencement date to ensure prompt and proper delivery of all necessary materials required for the works.
If payment terms are exceeded, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 8% over Bank base on overdue amounts as stipulated in the ‘Late Payment’ legislation and recover any costs incurred in obtaining payments that are subsequently due.
We have not built in any standing time within our rates. Should any standing time occur then this will incur additional costs.
Our offer is based on the following payment terms - “Final date for payment” strictly 30 days from month end based on monthly interim valuations.
Our quotation remains open for acceptance for a period of 45 days from the date of our quotation.
We assume that no retention will be withheld in regards to these work
